    Yes we are, and our Technicians are highly experienced and trained.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    No, you can either walk in to our Center or book online a time that is suitable for you.
  • Where are you based?

  • What happens when I arrive?
    We ask you to fill a contact form in order to have your contact detail, and we will do a diagnosis to your device and test the fault , then give you price quote and time line for the process.
  • Can I drop off and collect?
    You can walk in and drop off and collect your device during our working hours Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm and Sat on 10:00am to 4:00 pm
  • What hours do you open weekly?
    Our working hours are : Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm Sat 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • Do you unlock iPhones?
    Yes, we unlock all types of iPhones
  • Do you repair iPhones?
    Yes we do. Please visit call us or visit us in our center for further detail
  • Are your repairs covered by a warranty?
    Yes, our repairs are covered by 3 months warranty.
  • Do you do on site repair?
    Yes we do. We do location and on-site repair, and you can book this service online.
  • Do your prices include parts & labour?
    Yes. Please check out our prices in our website and contact us for further information.
  • Do I need to back-up my data before my repair?
    Yes, we always advice all our clients to back-up all their data. If you are unable , we try our best to back up your data before we start any repairs.
  • Do you do windows operated devices?
    Yes we do some devices, PCs and laptops , but not Mobile Phones.
