Do I need an appointment?No, you can either walk in to our Center or book online a time that is suitable for you.

What happens when I arrive?We ask you to fill a contact form in order to have your contact detail, and we will do a diagnosis to your device and test the fault , then give you price quote and time line for the process.

Can I drop off and collect?You can walk in and drop off and collect your device during our working hours Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm and Sat on 10:00am to 4:00 pm

Do I need to back-up my data before my repair?Yes, we always advice all our clients to back-up all their data. If you are unable , we try our best to back up your data before we start any repairs.
